Get in touch with the property team to report your repairs and to find out about planned improvements to your home.

The property team is proud of its 98% tenant satisfaction rating on our repair work. Non-urgent repairs are completed within 21 days of reporting the repair. To find out about planned improvements we are making to WHA properties, click on the ‘Planned Improvements’ tab below.

What is classed an emergency?

  • A complete loss of power – have you carried out a trip test to try and identify the problem?
  • Having no heating or hot water in the winter
  • A leak that cannot be contained
  • Doors or ground floor windows that are insecure.

The WHA property team work hard to maintain the condition of your home through a series of planned improvement works – from kitchen and bathroom upgrades to re-wiring and roofing work.
