How to find and apply for a home
As a small Housing Association, WHA does not have its own waiting list for properties because we do not have a high turnover of homes. When we do have a vacancy, we sometimes offer these homes as transfers to existing tenants based on housing need.

If you are nominated to us via Under One Roof, we will arrange a viewing with the potential applicant, carry out an interview and if suitable, sign them up for the tenancy
