We are here for the people of WHA– from repairs and improvements to your homes, support with maintaining independent living, to community activities and neighbourhood events – or just a chat and a cuppa.

Housing Management & Customer Service

The Housing Management & Customer Service team is responsible for delivering effective front-line housing management, customer service, customer engagement & Tenant participation, neighbourhood & community development PR & Communications to our customers.

Property

The Property department is responsible for delivering an effective customer focussed repairs service, along with overseeing the maintenance, compliance & planned works programme. Alongside this we have an active growth strategy building new homes and creating other business opportunity in line with the Associations Vision.

Resources

The Resources Department is responsible for developing and delivering, financial strategy, financial management and planning for the Association, including delivery of management accounts, annual financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.

Along with WHA with strategic business planning, governance, HR & organisational development, IT, performance frameworks and executive support.

WHiA, LifeTime and the Gateway.

WHiA (Warrington Home Improvement Agency is responsible for delivering repairs, improvements & adaptation services to older, disabled or vulnerable people and families on low in incomes who own their home or live in private rented accommodation.

LifeTime is responsible for delivering age-relevant advice, training, social events, health information & support to the over 50’s in Warrington.

The Gateway – is our award winning local Community Resource Centre, based in Warrington and providing a focal point for the boroughs voluntary and statutory organisations and services.

As well as being our local office, the Gateway also has a variety of meeting rooms available to cater for all types of events including conferences, seminars, board
