Warrington Housing Association employs a specialist team committed to supporting you to remain safe, well and as independent as possible in your retirement apartment. 

Our specialist team will be on hand to guide you through the process when you decide to move in, we will work with you to decide what type of accommodation suits your needs and be on hand when you need us.  

Our team visit and work from each of our retirement living schemes on a regular basis and can pop in to see you to discuss your needs and housing requirements at a time that suits you. 

Our team can offer money advice and benefit support that ensures you are able to maximise your income and plan for the future. 

Our specialist team work with a range of community based agencies to ensure that each of our retirement schemes are vibrant, lively and allow to you to access activities, all shaped around your hobbies and interests.
