We offer purpose-built properties for rent for people over the age of 55 years. Our retirement apartments to rent are in Lymm, Padgate, Latchford and Hood Manor and we have two leasehold schemes for sale in Appleton and Winwick.

Why not enjoy your retirement and get the best out of life in comfortable surroundings, with the benefits of a secure door entry system, a 24-hour emergency alarm service, and in some schemes a Scheme Manager service to offer additional support.

You will not need to worry about maintenance and repairs as we take care of those. We provide a wide range of facilities, including communal lounges where social activities take place, landscaped gardens, on site parking and many schemes also have a guest room for visitors.

Sometimes you may want to be on your own and other times you may want to be sociable. Our properties give you that freedom and our scheme manager can help arrange social activities where you can meet other like-minded people.

As well as retirement housing we also have other homes which are suitable for the over 55s. One bed bungalows are available in Hood Manor, Lingley Green and Padgate and one and two bed apartments are available in Stockton Heath
