Judith joined the Board in 2017 following a career in housing of over 30 years, 20 years as an executive officer and the last 10 years as a Managing Director of a 13,000 housing association based in the North West.

Martin is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 30 years experience of advising a wide range of businesses in public & private sector. Currently acting as a consultant to businesses on improving governance and all financial matters. He became Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee in 2020.
Eliot joined the Board in 2014. He is a chartered surveyor with over 25 years' private and public sector experience in all areas relating to commercial property and mixed-use urban regeneration.
David has lived in the Warrington area for 15 years, having held senior management roles with Boots, Shop Direct and The Co-op, before serving as senior executive officer to the National Pharmacy Association. David also serves as a trustee at Culture Warrington and non-executive at Avela Services. Working as a self-employed consultant, he has recently advised the Charity Commission and RSPCA.
Janet is an experienced Management Consultant with over twenty years’ experience in housing. Her career includes senior roles within HR and Organisational Development with Barclays Bank and in the housing sector. Janet is Chair of Lancashire Mind mental health charity, an accomplished speaker and business coach.
Steve's background is in housing and community investment having worked in both local authorities and housing association's across the North of England.
Prior to raising her family, Tracey worked in both commercial and housing industries as a Legal Director. She now works at Citizens Advice Bureau in many areas but specialises in money advice, insolvency and housing issues.
Dr. Anthony Rimmer
Tony worked as a full time GP in a town centre practise for 25 years and was also involved in commissioning health services. He now does locum sessions, works in A&E and sits on Tribunals for the Ministry of Justice.
Alison is Executive Director of People and Culture at a North-West based housing association. She has over twenty years’ experience working in the housing sector, starting her career in customer involvement, before branching into regeneration and a variety of operational housing management and leadership roles. Alison is passionate about driving people-focused change, and has led large scale change programmes that ensure the needs of customers are at the heart of service delivery and positive organisational culture are built.
David has over 25 years of housing experience, having previously worked in both traditional and stock transfer organisations.

Kirsty is responsible for delivering the Association's Finance & Corporate Services - including ICT & organisational performance.

Fiona is responsible for Growth, Asset Management and Customer Services.
