Eligibility

WHiA is a home improvement agency whose aim is to help older and disabled people maintain and improve their home. We are a not-for-profit organisation. The majority of our clients are home-owners or people who rent in the private sector. If you live in a social rented property then some of our services will be available to you as well.

The eligibility for our services is sometimes determined by the type of job that you would like done.

It is always best to call us on 01925 246812 to discuss the options. We will be happy to give you advice on your individual circumstances.

“Warrington Housing Association’s Whia service is great, as it helps people stay in their own home, and this is really complimented by the fact that you are then introduced to their other services like the LifeTime centre – which shows they really care for the community they work in.”
