Your neighbourhood is about to change for the better, and you have the power to shape it! If you’re a customer in Central Warrington, mark your calendar for Thursday, October 26th, because this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss. We are excited to introduce the Neighbourhood Action Plan, and we invite you to join us for an engaging discussion on various critical topics.

Why the Neighbourhood Action Plan Matters

A thriving community relies on the active participation of its residents. That’s why we’re launching the Neighbourhood Action Plan – a collective effort to address the concerns and aspirations of Central Warrington tenants. Our primary goal is to enhance the quality of life for everyone in our community. To achieve this, we need your valuable input.

What to Expect on October 26th

Our colleagues will be on hand to facilitate a series of discussions covering four essential areas:

1. Tackling Anti-Social Behaviour: We all want to feel safe and secure in our community. Share your concerns and ideas about how we can collectively combat anti-social behaviour and make Central Warrington an even safer place to live.

2. Property Services: Learn about the upcoming property service improvements and maintenance updates. Your feedback is invaluable in ensuring that our housing remains comfortable and well-maintained.

3. Money Advice:  Managing your finances can be a challenge. Whether it’s budgeting, saving, or investing, our colleagues will be there to provide essential advice to help you make the most of your financial resources.

4. Enhancing Green Spaces:  Help us transform our green spaces into vibrant, welcoming areas for relaxation, play, and socialisation. Your ideas can breathe new life into our communal parks and recreational areas.

Why Should You Attend?

1. Your Voice Matters: This is your chance to express your concerns, share your ideas, and actively contribute to the betterment of Central Warrington.

2. Connect with Your Neighbours: Building a strong community starts with connecting with those who live around you. Get to know your neighbours and strengthen the bonds that make our neighbourhood special.
