News

People in England are being asked to work from home again if possible and facemasks will be compulsory in most public spaces to limit the spread of Omicron

What are the new rules?

From Friday (10/12/2021) Face masks will be required in more public settings, including theatres and cinemas

From Monday (13/12/2021) people will be asked to work from home where possible

From Wednesday (15/12/2021) the NHS Covid Pass will be required for visitors to nightclubs, indoor unseated venues with more than 500 people, unseated outdoor venues with more than 500 people, unseated outdoor venues with more than 4,000 people and any event with more than 10,000 people

The prime minister said moving to tougher measures was the “proportionate and responsible thing” to do.

He said the new variant was “growing much faster” than Delta and early analysis suggested cases could be doubling every 2.5 to three days.

How does this affect our customers?

Whilst the majority of our colleagues will be working from home during this time, we will continue with a “business as usual” approach to delivering all of our services.  However, please let us know if you are having any difficulties so that we can provide you with additional support during this time.
