Your voice counts!
We really want to make sure that our customers shape the services we deliver. There is no point in us doing what suits us if our customers are not happy with any changes. We have a range of ways you can share your views and get involved in making the change!
Annual Customer Conference
Every year we work in partnership with over 20 other community Housing Associations to host and annual customer conference. If you would like to know more about this event please contact us.

Our Scrutiny Panel
Meets approximately every 6-8 weeks to carry out around two service reviews a year. They have a real opportunity to get involved, speak to our teams and customers and make recommendations for improvements.

Our Customer Consultation Group (CCG)
Meets every few months to review service changes, policy updates and give views on performance and the impact of what we do on customers.

Facebook Group
You can follow us on Facebook for information, events and latest stories but we also have a closed group where you can sit in the comfort of your own home and read documents and give us feedback.
Armchair consultation
You don’t even have to leave the house – we will share service changes, new and updated policies with you and you can give your views.
We may share them through our customer portal, email them to you or send you copies if you need them.
Tenant Satisfaction Surveys
We send every customer a survey each year to measure satisfaction with our services. Please share your feedback and add any comments so we can try and resolve issues. Don’t forget you can always contact us to report any repairs or give feedback.
Newsletters
We send three newsletters each year which contain latest news and helpful information – if you have not had a copy please let us know – our newsletters can also be found at the bottom of this page.
Community Check Ins and Estate Walkabouts
We hold regular events on our estates and in communities and attend joint events with other partners – we will send details if we are coming to your area and share on social media. Please let us know if you would like us to visit your area.
Our independent living schemes
Hold regular meetings and groups to discuss what is happening in their scheme and any changes which may affect them. They also host a range of activities from coffee mornings and breakfast clubs to hobby groups and parties.
Please contact us if you would like to get involved – your role in shaping services is valued – no matter how big or small your contribution – we would love to hear from you.
