FAQs

Service Insight Team (SIT)

The Service Insight Team (SIT), formerly known as WHASP, has been a long-standing engagement group with customers and WHA staff, mainly supported by our Customer Voice Officer. It was created to embed the customer voice into the heart of WHA’s service delivery. The team carries out two service reviews per year and strives to ensure that customer perspectives directly shape service improvements, influence decision-making, and drive the delivery of high-quality, value-for-money services. Their findings and impact are documented through reports and trackers ensuring transparency and accountability.

The Voice & Impact Panel (VIP), formerly the Customer Consultation Group, was created alongside the Service Insight Team to give each group a distinct role. VIP enables customers to meet directly with WHA’s Executive and Senior Management Teams, providing insight across organisational areas and influencing service changes. The panel gives customers a strategic platform to influence WHA as a whole. Discussions from the panel align with WHA Board meetings, giving clear updates on decisions and priorities, full visibility of how their feedback is used, and evidence of the impact their voice has on organisational decisions.

You don’t even have to leave the house – we will share service changes, new and updated policies with you and you can give your views – we may share them through our customer portal, email them to you or send you copies if you need them.

We send every customer a survey each year to measure satisfaction with our services. Please share your feedback and add any comments so we can try and resolve issues. Don’t forget you can always contact us to report any repairs or give feedback.
