- You do not need a background in admin or housing, but you are great with people, you enjoy helping and want to be part of an effective, vibrant team.
- You have the ability to prioritise work effectively and can respond well to the inevitable challenges that working a busy, customer facing environment can bring.
- You can communicate well with people on the telephone, face to face and over social media.
- You are keen to develop the ability to harness and grow professional relationships with customers, visitors, colleagues and stakeholders.
- You want to be imaginative and creative when developing new ways of working and supporting WHA as it moves towards an exciting future delivering homes and services in Warrington.
- Can describe themselves as ‘computer literate’ and confident in written and spoken English.
- Have Grades A-C at GCSE in English and Maths (or the equivalent).
- You want to be part of making a positive difference to Warrington and the communities we serve.
