You will have an ambitionto succeed. Someone who can help us deliver the best possible service to customers but also drive forward and manage the delivery of our Customer Engagement, Tenancy Management, Older People and Customer Service Strategies,. This is a great opportunity for the right person to make their mark.

Our new Head of CustomerService will be a member of the Senior Management team, assisting the Exec Director of Operations to develop and deliver the strategic aims of the Association. You will lead a culture of continuous improvement; customer focus, collaborative working and innovation within the directorate.

You will have previous experience of working with the housing sector and have a strong background in service improvements, change management and delivering customer- focused outcomes.. You will help us to deliver on our approach to sustainability and providing a service which meet customers’ changing needs..

You will have excellent communication skills, proven project management skills, a strong customer focus, and a sound understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by the housing sector.
