The Regulator of Social Housing also sees this as a key role for all housing providers so we have to make sure all our customers can have a voice where and when they want. 

If you are the dynamic, customer focused person we need, and can work on your own initiative, then this could be the job for you.  We need to offer our customers different ways they can get involved and give their views – from online surveys and platforms to focus groups or formal meetings.  This is a very exciting opportunity for the right person as no two days will be the same and as an added bonus you get to work in a great organisation with amazing colleagues.
