Alan is responsible for advising the Board on strategy and the operation of the Association and whia - Warrington Home Information and Improvement Agency.

Resources Director 

This post is responsible for delivering the Association's Finance, Information Technology and Business Support services.

John Orrell, Property Services Director

John is responsible for the asset management duties to the association’s property stock, monitoring performance & value, with input into the development & acquisition of schemes.

Kath Jarvis, Housing Services Director

Kath is responsible for ensuring that residents receive an excellent and responsive housing management service.
