Senior Customer Service Advisor

Salary 22,168 to 24,124

Supervising and ensuring an effective and efficient customer services team, identifying and providing administrative support to meet the needs of all sections of the Association.

Tasks include ensuring adequate staff levels; delegating work to staff and organising staff workloads and outputs together with day to day duties relating to housing management and property services.

Previous experience of managing staff and working in a front facing role is essential together with excellent organisational skills, administration skills, analytical skills and IT skills.

A flexible 35 hour week, together with bonuses and final salary pension scheme.  Starting salary is dependent on experience and responsibilities.
